well, when i sent my critically important message, it was only 0.018 btc... then afterwards of course it was 0.036 btc... but then after a few refreshes i saw 0.058, 0.048... and then later even though there were only two more tweets, the price had gone up 10x to something like 0.4

This was ~30 hours ago right paybtc? I was testing my admin controls. That won't be happening anymore.

If you see tweets with no price rise it's (hopefully) because I tweeted from the account itself.

That looks to me like a WIF privkey. You can try claiming it with something like blockchain.info's My Wallet, or importing it into your wallet.dat with pywallet?
