Available slots only 32/35. Each slot price estimation is 0.694 bitcoin = MYR 1000.This Joint Agreement is to host 1 unit x 90 MH/sec Alpha Tech Viper Scrypt mining server scheduled to release in Q2 2014. This server can only mine Scrypt coins eg Litecoin, Doge.
Digital mining will be done ala Cloud Hashing style (You won’t take possession of the miner but you will get part of the profits.) – No need to worry about controller configurations, internet issues, security and hardware problems. A Miner Joint Agreement is where partners pool their resources to purchase 1 or more digital mining hardware miners or servers, to mine new digital commodities for a profit and distribute the profits back to the partners in an agreed manner. If these sell out soon, we will try to add more miners to the buy. Obviously that is subject to availability.
Joint hosting details:The slots will be MYR 1,000 each for one (1) SLOT. (each customer can buy a max of 10 slots). You can opt to pay in MYR or bitcoin. Price estimated 0.694 bitcoin = MYR 1000.
Each SLOT entitles the owner to 1/35th of the BTC or alt coin proceeds from one (1) mining as close to 24/7 as possible. We can not be held accountable for situations out of our control. Any major issues will be communicated with the partners of that machine. Slot owner payments (in litecoin) will be made monthly on the last day. (Lower frequency will minimize payout transaction fees)
Fees:1 slot per each miner has been reserved to cover management of running the device. There will be a pool fee of 2% and a hosting fee of (2%) that will be deducted. If there are additional shipping or customs fees that exceed the allotted MYR 1,000, the amount will be split between all participants and deducted from the first week’s mining. Slots shall not have voting rights and there shall be no buy back option.
Hosting:The Miners will be hosted in a professional datacenter featuring high security, redundant power backups, redundant internet, cooling etc. The total hosting fee will deducted from the gross revenue of the miner. This should lower the cost impact to each share.
To purchase a mining slot:Send requested amount to our bank account ( bank account info will be provided when an order is made online).

IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY/REFUNDS:Due to the nature of Pre-orders and other unforeseen events, we take no responsibility for the possibility that the supplier does not deliver the miners or delivers a defective miner. The miners have been paid in full initially risking our own funds. Refunds will be given in case of non-delivery less 3% for management of the group buy. Refunds will only be issued when the has not been delivered and has refunded the payment for the miner. All refunds provided from will calculated to the initial MYR dollar investment amount when the group buy was started. If the refunds are partial or if the supplier is out of business partners will receive a proportional refund based on what has been recovered from the supplier. Partners will be asked to vote on what steps will be taken if necessary. We will not offer any refunds once the miners have been delivered onsite.
Transferring/selling of slots:#GB slots may be transferred at a fee of MYR100. This may be taken out of the next mining payout.
End of life:When it is deemed no longer profitable to pay for hosting the miners will be pulled from production and the miner shall automatically become our asset. This will happen when the total earned income is less than the monthly hosting and electricity costs.
Liability Disclosure:We will not be responsible for any defects, failures, acts of nature, theft, non-delivery, non performance or any other aspects of the miners. Obviously we want to make a profit, but unforeseen situations may arise that affect this group buy (#GB). We will make all attempts to negate any potential issues since they obviously affect everyone including myself that are participating in the group buy. Return on slots is not guaranteed due to the high risk nature of mining digital currencies in the current legal system.
Mining Revenue:We will not be responsible for loss of mining revenue due to any defects, failures, acts of nature, theft, non-delivery, non performance or any other aspects of the miners.
