2. Need to set up a fund or a foundation

• The fund or foundation should make profit and distribute to it to shareholders upon a set period
• Fund manager should be criminally liable by disclosing his information
• Fund contribution, transactions and profit/loss distribution will be tracked by cryptocurrencies's transactions and addresses. There will be a public ledger.
• Fund manager should be compensated for his work
• Fund manager will be elected by the community
• Fund will be used for coin development, setting up real life businesses

3. Need to get new lead developer
4. Discussions on implementing new tech such as: Proof of Burn, Proof of Stake Velocity, and zerocoin developments by Gnosis

I have great plans for this coin and it's okay to have no active dev at the moment. BUT when this community is silent, the coin will die.
