Looking for a coder of a Chrome extension

Hi,

I want to have a little Chrome extension.
It's aim is to read all opened tabs every x seconds and scan for changes.

It should be accepting parameters, such as seconds and which changes to detect.

I'll pay for this in btc, obviously, upon delivery. All the code will be analysed before use.
