Sounds very cheap for the service you provide and especially for such a large filesize, but can't people get banned from private trackers if they let others download their torrent files, or does it have to be a non-private tracker?

Think its just to save someone the time from downloading and uploading a file to multiple sources at one time
With most people not using asymmetric connections and downloading being faster than uploading
Someone with a faster upload speed could just do the uploading for someone else faster

Best check on the terms and conditions of the ones he listed, but they can always get taken down pretty quickly, but it shouldn't be a problem if you're not spreading the link around. I'm sure you'll have more than enough time to download the files though.

if you are using private tracker, this service is not recommended. I just leech your files, not seeding. Usually in private tracker you should keep ratio. So you have to seeding after leeching.
