This is funny.

I have one asic blade miner V2.  Plenty of power. Set up on api.bitcoin.cz/8332.

-------------------------------------------

Total MHS:   00000
Received:   0000000128
Accepted:   0000000000
Per Minute:   000.00
Efficiency:   000.00%
Up Time:   0d,00h,00m,59s

Current Server: api.bitcoin.cz:8332
Clock selected: Low
Chip: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

-----------------------------------------------

Notice that I am recieving but nothing ever is accepted.  also the miner reboots by it self ever 2 to 3 minutes.

Anyone have any suggestions....

Thanks in advance.

Because you should be using stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333, not api, that was discontinued long ago.

You should install and configure a local stratum proxy that feed your blade, you can find it on slush pool website.

Not really needed, to be honest. Just connect to a stratum port of the pool you are using.

With cubes i clearly remember that i was always using a stratum proxy (getwork really sucks): blades aren't the same product with a minor  hashrate?

been using stratum on slush for about 2 months.  works good.
I just got a new https://ehash.com/product/avalon3-single-module-300ghs/

and don't want to fry it.

Do I power the bottom three left pins on the PCIe 12v connector?

The connector on the the right has power going in all top pins.  My power supply does not have a PCIe connector but I got a 6 pin connector that works.

Has anyone come across this problem?
