I am holding a giveaway of 1 btc to enter you have to pay .1 btc that way the first 10 people to respond to the thread and pay will get 1 ticket
You can buy more than 1 ticket to increase your chance cost .1 per ticket.

This is not a scam/Ponzi scheme.
It is a lottery for btc and I will not be running away with your bitcoin. the way this works is 10 people or less if someone buys more than 1 ticket will be in a pool I will write there names on paper and put it in a plastic tub and will video the drawing for proof and will give the link for the video in the OP. So let the lottery begin.

This is not a giveaway... you want people to pay .1 BTC in order to get a ticket. They will then have a 10% chance of winning 1 BTC, correct? Anyone could make this bet at one of the million dice sites out there, so I can only assume you want to scam.

No I don't want to scam and I can prove that I wont be using another account to get the 1 btc.

You can't prove it.  Lock the thread yourself, it's stupid and won't happen.  You didn't even mention an escrow.
