for the record, I suggested several escrowers to the OP
before we did this transaction and always recommend
escrow.
In this case, he seemed to be in a rush and couldn't find
someone to escrow it fast enough for his tastes... and for whatever
reason (perhaps my post history), deemed me trustworthy.
