Do you agree with the title?

I think we will never escape war no matter what it is like in the future. I feel war is not a bad or good thing, but it is a natural part of the human race.

Are you pacifist or are you aggressor?

We all have a choice.

The fact that something is natural doesn't mean we have to simply accept it and do nothing to change it... And of course wars are bad!

war is not natural part of human nature why? because the human being are the ones who are responsible to the war that is happening around the world. the root of all war is because some of the human beings do not have contentment with their selves. all they wanted is to rule the world.

I don't think war is a natural thing also but there are different types of people who don't agree with me. But the problem is that sometimes you cannot do anything else then declare a war.

yes because we are a lot like animals. in order to "survive," it's in our minds that it has to be at someone or something else's expense. it's competition, survival of the fittest.

This right here. While I agree with what the person above said about how it doesn't mean we have to embrace it, war is definitely part of nature. We see it in the animals in the wild all day long. And unlike us, they react only on primal instincts.

yeah, the economics of the human mind is kind of weird. there are some animal-like "people" who seem to think that the wealth and happiness of mankind has to exist in a mutually exclusive state; as in, in order for you to be rich, someone else has to be poor.

Very true. Ideally everyone could cohabitate and be equal. This doesn't work though, and part of it is because while people want to strive for equality, people don't want to put equal effort into things. I've had three business partners now that all wanted to go into business with me 50/50. One wanted to do 10% of the work, one about 20% and one maybe 25%. All of them, though, wanted half of the income as a result, with me doing all the rest of it. And then complained when I disagreed.

yeah everyone's an egoist. if someone has the balls to imply that they would do 10% o the work and want half, it means they are deluded and somehow ignore all logic or reason. i love how even if the majority of people were cooperative were a majority of the population, it still wouldn't matter.. because all you need is a few sociopaths sitting at the top of the chain to fuck everything up.

there's always a fucking cheater. always someone bumping in line, taking time away from the people who were honest enough to get in queue. it only fucks shit up even more.. when you are someone who wants to be good, but see that there is a class of people who don't play by the same rules as the rest... there's no equality no matter what you do, so you might as well join the other team.

Even worse is that this has been dipping into cryptos as well. When I first got involved with Bitcoin, the community was vastly different. People were nice and worked together. Now it's all about "what's going to make me rich and how can I screw over everyone else to make it happen?"

the nature of it all is pretty strange. most of the people in power (and fame too) are the sociopath types. most positions of power attract sociopaths http://www.policymic.com/articles/44423/10-professions-that-attract-the-most-sociopaths and it's kind of like nature happening - the sociopaths are way into their own ego, and they will tear down anything and everything to get what they want. meanwhile, the people who are cooperative don't seek positions of power, because they don't get off on controlling others.

it's just the nature of things - cold moves towards cold, hot moves towards hot.

It's odd that you bring this up. I love being the leader, but not to control everyone. In fact, when I have to lead (a team, a group, whatever), my first statement is that we are all equals: I'm no better than them and they're no better than me. I always take all suggestions and comments seriously, and I have had a 100% success rate in accomplishing everything we're supposed to do when in a group setting, without any issues whatsoever.

I hate the partnership or running under other leadership because in the majority of cases they end up corrupt in one way or another. When I lead, it's less about being "in control" and more about keeping others out of control.

So when two packs of wolves fight (which is essentially a war) in the wild, with no humans around, we caused that as well?

so you're implying you're a good guy huh?  Cheesy

you know what's funny though? you'd think that poor people are more likely to cheat/scam others since they need the money so badly.. yet it's the rich people who are more likely to do it, even something petty (like steal $100). at least this is based on research/scientific studies.

I can see that. I'd say that poor people usually steal less though, as, for the most part, they are doing it to get by. Rich people do it because they have the power to do so, so they do it more as a power trip than anything else. Two very different motives.

Greed is the human nature!

Believe it or not, negative human traits aren't the sole cause of wars. Community, belonging, connection, and patriotism are just as equal. While you could argue that the negative emotions spark the conflict, it’s those good qualities which allow the escalation.
