BTC transaction problem

I had an BTC transaction without paying any fee almost 5 hours ago.

It is still 0 confirmation.
Will it be processed ever?
If not, how could I tell?

Probably not. Greedy miners won't put in any non fee paying transactions, even though there is room in the block confirmation.

Also in before "he should have included a fee, so it's his fault"

It will most likely eventually be processed but it can take several blocks to get there

Next time, be sure to include a fee of 0.0001BTC. Otherwise your transaction is under danger of never getting confirmed.
