https://minergate.com/blockchain/qcn/blocksWe need a URL that has total coins that exist for coinmarketcap.com listing. Does such a URL exist? Has someone already made such a URL and already submitted QCN to CMC for listing?

I like how stratum is supposed to lower orphans, but the stratum switch servers have the most orphans over all.

most of the orphans are most likely from before the pools switched to stratum

you need to create a local wallet with simplewallet on your pc and synchronize it quazarcoind (daemon). so you withdraw from the pool to your local wallet then you can send your coin to your wallet on poloniex exchange
cheers

How is this coin different from MRO, aside from the smaller total number of coins?

Could anyone briefly point out the main difference(s) between QCN and MRO?

They appear to be nearly identical forks of BCN... With MRO 60 sec vs QCN 120 sec confirmation. Both are quality anon coins... We will see who has the better Dev team.

They are indeed Bytecoin forks. However, Bytecoin has supposedly been in the deepweb for more than 2 years and 80% has already been mined. There is no proof whatsoever that it was mined beyond a handful of developers (see bytecoin discussion thread), so this is something like a large premine. We still don't know who holds this 80% of all Bytecoins.
Monero and QuazarCoin were recently created, to avoid Bytecoin's "premine". But they are not identical. I prefer QuazarCoin because it has a flutter emission curve, allowing for a fairer coin distribution.

Some QCN pools based on node-cryptonote-pool are reporting the network hashrate as double what it should be (check it against the difficulty). They are using the MRO formula, and not adjusting for 2 minute blocktime.
Also, some of these pools are linking block ids to the monero blockinfo URL.
