HI All

Calling out for anyone who can spare some hashing power over at BoostCoin. We have a new wallet released to fix a difficulty fluctuation issue experienced at launch, now all we need is a bit more power directed to one of the pools to help solve a few blocks so the difficulty can level out correctly.

Whoever can solve the current block which has a diff of 281 will be rewarded with a BoostCoin bonus of 5000 BOST

History:
Recently BoostCoin was launched which is the first ever PoW / PoS hybrid that uses X13 as the hashing algo.
Unfortunately 1x line of code in the first release was wrong and caused the Difficulty to change wildly. A new wallet that find this issues was released yesterday but we are currently stuck with a PoW difficulty value of 281

I'm trying  to resolve this block solo mining with my 1.5Mh/s. Not too much but that's all I have working with X13 protocol.

It is already forked, old wallets wont agree with the new PoW calculation past block 1300. we just need to pump it harder to solve the current block so the diff will start level out correctly

Actually you have just reminded me to check something. I just ran up the old wallet and there are still a fair amount of people on a v1.0.0.3 chain.

Just to remind everyone. you must update your wallet asap to be able to connect to the correct block chain which is running on the latest wallet v1.1.0.0
If you have been running your old wallet past block 1300, then you will need to delete the support files EXCEPT wallet.dat to ensure you download a new valid chain from the seed nodes

Also the current block number on the valid chain is 1418 (valid at time of writing)

On the old wallet it is about 1336

your block has been found (not by me) but the difficulty remains... this is kind of hopeless...
back to curecoin...
