I bought secondhand for $200. I think they were MSRP at $1000. Prices improved. $1000?!? Thats insane! Is it 0.5 amp across all ports when fully loaded? It is insane, which is why I bought it used. It was the only 49 port in existence at the time - geared for schools charging/syncing icrap. Yes 0.5A per port assuming proper power - my 10 year old antec used to run 48 BEs on it, but it's tired now and is now only pushing 4.75v/0.5A per port. As mentioned above, this is the first documented high density hub used for bitcoin mining. I took a $200 leap and it ROI'd long ago.

For sale - 93-94 GH/s in total or in parts. Mining controller(s) not included.Offers considered, be reasonable. Pics - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z58wz9ms1qimoxx/AACyhQj66ynRIkek6g3Tn-p5a/MinerFS#/All equipment is functioning perfectly unless noted and is sold with a DOA guaranteee. No tech support provided. None of this equipment has been pencil-modded, hacked, or abused in any way. No heatsinks have been applied or removed, and they all have been forced-air cooled since installed. 1 - Block Erupter Cube One of the first ones, has worked flawlessly at high clock 38.5 GH/s since I bought it new. PSU not included. 0.10BTC SOLD8 - Red Furyhashrates averaging ~2.4 GH/s. 0.15 BTC5 - Nanofury 0.7hashrates averaging ~2.2 GH/s. 0.13 BTC7 - Antminer U1hashrates averaging ~2.0 GH/s. 0.15 BTC7 - Antminer U2hashrates averaging ~2.0 GH/s 0.20BTC SOLD6 - Block Erupter USBshashrates averaging 333 MH/s. 0.05 BTC5 - Rosewill RHB-500 10 Port Hubs w/ 4A PSUsAll working with working PSU and cable 0.10 BTC1 - Cambrionix 49 Port USB 2.0 Hub - withdrawn, repurposed Manual, Antec True Blue 480W PSU, 24-Pin Adapter, Dual Corsair 120mm 90cfm 39dBA fans. 0.4BTC
Evidence suggests this is THE VERY FIRST 49 port hub ever used for bitcoin mining.
I've run it since June 2013 when the block erupters were coming online. Pics from when I first ran it at 48 ports. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=7216.msg2764677#msg2764677
This hub is an absolute beast - far better build than the BE hubs. I used to have one of those too - sold it and kept this one despite one bad port. I bought this used and port 43 has been bad since I got it. It could be fixed with a cable if you're good with a soldering iron.
Corsair fans are more than sufficient to cool all 48 ports and the hub itself - they're about 90cfm 39dBa.
PSU is a Corsair True480 Blue. Rated 5V@38A.
Windows use not recommended - it's 24/7 perfect in Linux. It has run great for me in xubuntu 12.04 since last June with as many as 48 erupters on it.
Mining controller(s) not included. Per worker stats - http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1GMj2rKcfCtjit6UPjxWKrMdushe3N75hrWorker map: Cube(MinePeon), BF1 - Bitfury Devices ICA - Ants and Block Erupters Ant - Not for sale Dragon - Not for sale Those who may be interested in the entire USB setup - it is tricky getting 4 different device types to play nice on one hub. You'll notice in my eligius stats that my bitfury worker crashes intermittently. Your mileage may vary - no tech support provided. Also note that I moved my mining setup over the weekend, and there were several restarts of the equipment during this time. Located in Pennsylvania, USA. Cheap US shipping not included. International shipping not included. No customs fraud ie: gifts. Buyer goes first or arranges known forum escrow at his/her expense. I prefer SaltySpitoon, SebastianJu, or OgNasty.
