An idea , all Lenders come and work together ( IBB, BDK, starfish-BCB, etc..)

a person requests a loan, the council looks into the request, we all agree whether to give out the loan or not. Sharing info together.

You should try ARPA, It's way more effective. Have you calculated my PIP's set and drift? Is an Allision imminent?
