I`d pretty much buy everything used, see if I can get a deal on everything.

Bring cash for 50% discounts on the car, home, etc.

But invest on primedice with $500,000 and play 90% and place 1 roll. Then cash out, then go invest with the winnings with some other things like business.

Really? You would risk your 500k for chnage to get 50k Shocked
Imagine if you lose it.

Haha, that's absolutely crazy. The 10% is way too big a risk for 500k, imo.

I think hes playing his odds. But, yeah  I would be freaked out losing $500k for $50k profit lol.

Then again, I seen people who made 20 btc per bet... so yeah its out of reality.

Buying a few properties to rent them out.

Expect the rental yield to be around 6-9%, and capital appreciation is hedged against inflation.

Islands in general are expensive. Price ranges from 500.000$ to 30.000.000$.
It may be cheaper to make the island yourself or to share the island with others;

There are television shows dedicated to bargain island real estate.  There does appear to be a lot of cheap islands out there and many are located near goods & services.

The real cost in owning an island is the infrastructure and maintenance.
