Infrastructure information The exchange does not come with any debts and the new owner would have a clean slate in how they want to run the system. The system is currently running on Amazon AWS EC2 across 5 servers, this is costing us approximately $30 a day to run. This can easily be scaled back to one server, or run on a cheaper system.
The site also runs through cloudflare at $200 a month, this is an optional service protecting from DDoS attacks.
The website is independent from the backend trading system, which means these can be run on different servers to reduce the load.
Presented opportunity The exchange is fully functional, and a constantly evolving work. There are some parts of the system that the new owner may desire to put extra development into, such as the existing Administration panel. The trade engine has been designed using Python and is interfaced with via a websocket which clients connect to from our trade/markets page.
The website is currently not turning over enough to pay for the servers that we are using, we have made about 0.1BTC including the coin voting in the first week. With intelligent marketing and promotion, this exchange has a high potential to be more successful. ICURREX has already received a positive reception amongst the cryptocurrency community, gaining significant goodwill. In addition the United States and Europe, many of our traders are located in Southeast Asia. A significant portion of users are located in Japan and Korea, for both of which we have a full and professional translation.
Reason for selling We have been building and designing the website and technologies behind ICURREX for just over 6 months. However, the costs involved in building and launching the website have went far over budget and we are now unable to finance the system.
The website at present needs a new owner who has some development knowledge (or has a development team) and ideas to make the website thrive.
Sale specifics Our reserve price is 14 BTC. This includes the whole system as described, free from any debt.
We have arranged to pay our IPO holders (3.6 BTC) off prior to you taking ownership.

We must sell the full exchange, with all the software, this means you will be in 100% control of all the software, servers and users.
We will help to migrate the system to your new servers and make sure everything is running for you. Once the system has been moved to your servers and you are in control of the domain names, you will be in full control of the system.
