What I do like in this coin from the start is:

1. Fair launch:
- There was no pre-mine. Everyone has a fair chance to mine, trade, and know about the coin.
- Not just releasing open sources at the launch, but also windows installer! This way users of any platform could join fairly. Small advantage for Apple "geeks". Mac binaries were also released soon after, so the others could join as well when the diff is still low.

2. The coin works and didn't encounter any real issues.
Transactions confirm smoothly, and quickly. It's very stable.

3. Devs take care
The dev's are active in the LatinumCoin forums. I saw them fix an issue within the same day that there was a problem reported.
Unlike in many other cases you don't have to wait for weeks without any support.

4. Growing mining community.
Watching the network hash rise every day shows the strength in the growing community.

Yes, I like to watch the price growing and watch the price with LTM in my wallet.
Very nice surprise, exceeded my expectation!

But I am also here from the time LTM wasn't listed by Coin-Swap today.

There's a small community for LTM and it is steadily growing, and more sites accepting LTM. This Could really help to make a strong community.

What is the most important for me is they are in this for the long haul.

I've been trying to find exchanges that list LTM so I can trade them and found that coin-swap does (link: https://coin-swap.net/market/LTM/BTC ) at 10,000 LTM to 1.0 BTC. Has anyone else been able to find any other exchanges where you can trade LTM? If any of the developers or other miners know please share, thanks a bunch!

How does it work ?
This is easy! Vote 1 time per hour for your favorite coin. You need to be logged in and have at least one trade to be eligible to vote. The winner is drawn each friday noon and then added during the next hours to our markets.

That's true, but its basically free escrow now.

Being new to bitcointalk people will be scared to trade.

LatinumCoin has been added to AllCrypt.com!

Please note that you list both LAT and LTM as the symbol. We chose LTM, because there is already Latium (LAT) on the site.

Any confusion this causes, and missed deposits, any angry customers because of it, we remove LTM. I've been assured the deposit addresses are completely incompatible. We'll see.
