Crypto X Change support gone

Hello
Anybody known where is crypto support staff ceo and etc gone?
Owe me alot of money
As support told: "International wires has sent" but nothing at least two weak
Two last day nobody answer, no support online
What's going on with crypto?

I uploaded the ID verification documents about a week ago but the account has not been verified nor have I received any confirmation email or email asking for additional documentation. I sent support an email about when it would be verified or what I needed to do additionally and have received no reply. So far CryptoXChange has not acted very professionally and which is very annoying.

We appologise for any concern. Yes one manager has been away sick, we are processing wire withdraws manually at the moment.
There is no need for any concern as these are processed by management ASAP. We do have more support staff also starting, and other staff also to keep up with everything in a timely fashion.
