The reason it might look similar because it may have used the same front-end framework (bootstrap http://getbootstrap.com/) as we use (we use that because it looks good on both pc and mobile).

ScryptEX developers have used a lot of time developing this trading platform, we have spend a lot of bitcoins on buying mining hardware, ssl key, cloudflare, servers and more. so why should we be scamming? the plans we have for this project is big. How can i proof you this is not scam?

Why it looks similar to markerts bitcointalk post is that, we are not from a English speaking country so writing something that may look good! then we need to copy, we are not English experts! (google translate is not good)

Paying hourly is because we need to setup a cron (that runs evey hour) for processing all mining transaction. I may edit this to every 10 minutes.
