Brace yourselfs 1000$ is coming in 3 months

BTC is totally different. Why would you compare this with Apple.

Price is now 588. If it go up to 1000, that is more than 40% profit, so I won't call it nothing.

Calculation - If price goes up from $600 to $1000, the profit is $400/$600 (~67%) and not $400/$1000 (40%).
So the profit is substantial.

That's wrong. It's at like 500-600 right now if it goes up to 1000+ thats one hell of a profit.

What is your argument for reaching 10k?

Pulling out a number from your hat doesn't make a sound argument.

Your just hoping that making this predication it does happen and then people will be like oh that guy knew what he was talking about. But no not really unless you provide a decent explanation on why you think that and some pretty good dam facts,.

If the poster doesn't have arguments, he can at least show his conviction by going all in.  Smiley

I don't think we'll see 1000 this year now but maybe mid/late next year but that would require some big news and retailers accepting Bitcoin.

just keep the positive thinking that soon btc will rise to 800$ to 1000$ but maybe next year or one and half years from now
well atleast its not going down on 500$

What makes you so sure?

Well not really, unless you own a big amount of BTC, and most people don't even own 1 BTC.

With short spikes and drops in Bitcoin value happening on a daily basis do you see Bitcoin reaching its previous peak value and also do you see it exceeding this value by a considerable distance?

I guess it will! Man, it's so useful. Everyone I tell about it is immediately hooked and they put a few $$$ in it instantly. I can't see a way how this won't go up again. If everyone just gets a few friends to buy some BTC, it will go up again, I promise!

I think the chances of >$1000/BTC are very high.    Other than rapidly spreading mindshare of concept, Bitcoin's pervasiveness in terms of people actually using it isn't very deep yet.  I think even a single major event, e.g. launch of the Winklevoss ETF, easily has the potential to start another massive rally.

I think a much more interesting question is how the market might respond *after* the next big rally.  Something intuitive tells me that with each new bubble, the rapid changes in systemic input/output tests the limits of market stability.  I'm concerned that another rally of similar proportions might cause irreparable instability (e.g. we rally, then we crash but can't recover).
