Trouble in withdrawal of NAS exist for more than 10 days
And  can't withdraw NXT either.
So are they going to run away with our coins and money?

Yep I have 2 pending transactions as well from a few weeks ago. The fist email sent did not get a reply after 10 days, the second email I sent mentioning it may be time to start a thread here got a reply back in a few hours.

The reason given

"Some of the recent NAS withdrawals have unfortunately diverted to a network fork. We are working to resolve this within the next few days. Thank you for your patience."

I was not aware there was a fork, how true is this
