If I am not wrong then ByteCoin is BTE not BCN if I wrong then first clear this then hope I can help you for this

There is two bytecoins. BTE can be traded on Cryptsy and BCN is now on poloniex.

You can trade BTC to BCN and XMR to BCN on Poloniex exchange but if you don't want the features of poloniex try to look bcn on the coinmarketcap and check what exchange sites that has bcn to be traded but for me poloniex is the best exchange and has a best feature for all exchange sites.
Bytecoin is good to for long term goodluck and Happy Trading Wink
