Hey!

I bought two 350kh Gridseeds. Arrived in the mail today. They work fine. I used Zadig to get the right driver.  I am running windows. I used CGminer 3.7.2 with Gridseed support. I have two questions.

1.

I start up my computer, everything fine. I then start the CGminer, everything fine. If I restart cgminer, it cannot find any devices. I then have to reboot my computer, and the open cgminer. Is there any way to fix that?

2.

I know with GPU's on CGMiner 3.7.2 regular, I can set which device by -d (device number). How do I do that with Gridseeds?

 Thanks!

I would recommend using

CPUMiner:

- CPUMiner-GC3355 by sandor111

.

Then guide the program to direct the seeds by serial

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=482352.msg6817522#msg6817522

Then autotune the grid seeds with log enabled. Here you may enable log through start.bat or in json file
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=482352.msg6734680#msg6734680

For example of what my json looks like after I autotuned it for a day or less, went into log, search for "stopped" several times five times you will find stopped. Inserted from the log file, the frequency to each individual chip which are marked as "0 1 2 3 4" Then use the serial provided by sandor111's cpuminer.

Any questions

oh yea, there is no hot plugging need with CPUMiner-GC3355 by sandor111.

Also to use this program uninstall zadig from device manager. It uses the original driver of

install Virtual COM Port driver dl from here. install as to your OS 32bit or 64 bit.

Already have zading on. I am trying to start the sandor111. I have it connected to Com1, it seems to be working. How do I tell the hash rate?

HR should look something like this.

This is a screenshot of my one gridseed with sandor111 cpuminer.

Ah, I was apparently using something different. Here is my screen on this one:
