A new ponzi scheme is roaming around and using Bitcoin as its image. This scam is bring to you by a website named paymony.com pretending to be some sort of private mining pool for a alt-coin they call e-mony. To make it sound more credible they even created a fake exchange rate site, coinscotation.com, the only place in the World where "e-mony" has any "value", yet no trade at all. The software provided just shows an animated graphic, but it uses barely 5% of a 2.2Ghz Dual-Core CPU and about 5 Mb RAM, basically this software is doing some rpc calls to pretend to be doing something, while it's obvious it does nothing and specially it does not mine anything. You might have it on 42 hours or just jump around 2 times per week, would be the same, there's nothing you are creating and your machine isn't doing any work at all, you are being paid out of the money scammed from the fresh meat.
This scam is most likely operated by the same guys behind a scam knew as TelexFree and mostly targets Brazilian users. Still YouTube shows their efforts towards other markets all over Latin America and Europe.
Do NOT let this thing attach itself to Bitcoin, it has nothing to do with it!
