It is not exactly the best or safest way, probably not the best cost wise either, but I am pretty sure you can buy them from someone else if you make or have a paypal account. Just dont let them know you're buying cryptos.

You have to be 18 to have a Paypal account.
But not a Bitcoin wallet. Bitcoin is liberating for youths as it is also liberating for those denied access to modern banking (ie. the poor of the world).

Don't listen to the advice of adults telling you how to act and behave, my child. Know that most of the adults in this world are already insane, as a result of their enduring exposure to the insane culture of civilization. Worse, they think themselves your masters.

They think they own this world until you inherit it from them, but this could not be further from the truth. They (we) are borrowing this world from you, the next generation. And we're treating it with the utmost disrespect. The younger you are, the purer and truer your wisdom.

Remember Aaron Swartz, a 26 year old computer scientist who died defending the free flow of information.

I'll go with you on this one.

There are ways for underage to control a bank account so the BTC can be converted to fiat and thereby become more useable.

Most likely your best bet if to use someone on Localization website.  If you find someone who will meet with you on a somewhat regular basis u should be all set IMO.  Damn shame you aren't able to setup the account as a verified status but at least you can work around the current faulty system.  Best of luck with your trades.

Can you use paper cash? If so, you can use Bitcoin too. No law says you can't.

It's the banks that are making troubles for Under 18 sometimes.

It's like you're not old enough to own a credit card.

You can still have a debit card if you are under 18

True but that card must be tied to an account owned by a person of age.
