According to your post, you have budget of 0.65 BTC for Sr. Member and Subud! (known account seller) sells S.r member status accounts from just 0.4 BTC so why you don't buy from him and still bumping on this thread? This seems fishy.

Have you actually read his feedback though? Whilst it obviously looks bad on first glance the feedback was only left for merely selling accounts. Pretty much everyone here gets negbombed eventually for selling or buying accounts so that's why they usually create new ones to advertise them. I'm not endorsing him or anything but he's probably the most legit seller here.
