I posted how he was most likely scamming in another thread. Do not deal with ANY new members asking you to send paypal first (they use a bunch of excuses & reasons why they won't send first or use escrow), I suspect most of them are the same person just creating accounts to scam and repeat.

Anyway I use Paypal for many years and I have online businesses. I know how to reverse a transaction. Now I just have $500 stuck in the paypal limbo for about 10 days, then they will give it back to me.

Another scammer (or maybe the same guy with another name) has already contacted me... They think people are so stupid...

If you need BTC, you're better off withdrawing paypal to bank account and buying moneypaks, people feel much safer with those. If you're in the US, get a Wells Fargo account for faster paypal > bank transfers. I usually transfer funds from my paypal to wells fargo and it posts the next day compared to the 2 - 3 days it takes other banks.

Also remember to ALWAYS use escrow unless dealing with trusted members, even then you should still use escrow because of hacked and sold accounts.

you have to be retarded to get scammed as a buyer with paypal. You can't transfer large amounts of money with new paypal accounts. That's why we who sell using paypal need to be careful who we sell to. All it takes is one jackass to ruin a verified account.
