I think most people here will have used that option with coinbase and there's been no issues to speak of. If there were, it was likely isolated and glitchy.

You say "anti government" like that's a bad thing...

Unfortunate times will bring out the best in good people and the worst in bad people

You can try going on localbitcoins.com and see for paypal ad sections.

Thats the only way I think and you got coinbase that does take credit card as a back up resource.

But technically, there isnt a way outside from those options. Unless you got a btc atm near you in the area you are at, thats a different story. (if it does accept c.c.) which I think most take cash.

I've used VirWox and they are trustable but they charge a ton in fees. You might want to buy with cash instead of credit card because the fees with CC are too high.

VirWox fees are crazy high indeed. They will also delay your first withdrawal by 48 hours, so maybe not the best option if you want your coins fast.

Other than that, yes, completely trustable

Oh I just saw their service is down, sorry...
It used to be dedicated to providing users with their first coin, by accepting transactions by credit card for a fixed one-time price of 25$.

Hi

you can use https://e-obmen.net or http://unichange.me to fund some of your other payment processor.

in past I've tried both of them succesfull

1. e-obmen.ne -> Egopay -> BTC-E -> BTC

2. unichange.me ->  BTC-E -> BTC

VirWox also accepts credit card payments for the purchase of Bitcoins. But the process is a bit complicated, as you have to first buy Linden Dollars using the CC USD, and later convert these Linden Dollars to Bitcoins.

I have heard this works, but the time to buy is a little slow (due to bank delay), you'd have to wait about ~ 1 day to get your btc.  Be sure you have a site you can trust.

And the fees are awful. However, that will be the case no matter where you buy, because of the chargeback risks.
Perhaps eBay might be better for you, good deals on Bitcoins are rare but it does happen.

Is there a simple explanation how to do this in a step by step process.

If I buy linden dollars how do I measure how much bitcoin I am able to buy? Is it more of a premium to buy it this way?

I notice I`m paying for two fees. 1. linden. 2. paypal fees

Of course you can't (at least fully comfortable). If you ask websites providing such services they lose some in Chargebacks and from stolen cards. Even with some verification.

Today I opened an account with bitsource. I attempted to buy bitcoin using their NEW feature to enable me to buy with my VISA bank card. Well over an hour later. Nothing. Also back and forth emails with bitsource and the guy was so lackadaisical with his replies. One of them said. I quote," It is working fine with locals" So I asked Do you recommend bitsource for locals of Belize only? I jsy was amazed at how poorly skilled this guy is in customer service. I know they sank allot into advertising to draw new buyers who want to use bank cards but he gave me the impression that he hardly cares. I told him that even people with millions are going to start out with small purchases first. I felt like unless I was buying thousands he didn't care. So I am more leary now than before.

You generally will not be able to use a Credit Card to purchase BTC as Credit Card transactions are easily reversible after several months and BTC transactions are generally not reversible and are even less so after a few months.

There may be a few sites that allow you to buy BTC with a credit card, but in very small amounts.
