You are going to have a tough time getting someone to trade with you on PayPal, regardless of how long you have had an account. I need 1 btc for 660.
Please Pm or Localbitcoin.com I would do this, but NOT for PayPal. MoneyPak, or Vanilla Reload would be acceptable, and Bitstamp +10% would be the fee. |

You've only traded with 4 different people on LBC, which is hardly any reputation to be asking for a paypal payment.
I'd be willing to do this trade as well, but NOT with paypal, given your history.

A very simple to question to think about: what is to ensure that you won't do a chargeback? NOTHING!
It doesn't matter how good your offer is when a payapl chargeback is imminent.
