You're a new member with no reputation at all.  How can you guarantee that you won't chargeback using paypal?

Do you have any references to improve your trust?  Like an ebay account?  Trades on other sites?
Ultimately, it does not 100% prevent paypal scams, but it does lower them.

Increments doesn't really help - you could easily chargeback once the overall transaction if complete. Account age doesn't really mean much unless you've been active since then and made actual deals. You might be better off trying to buy using some other method to get some trading history first before offering PP.

I don't know about your previous experience, I just know coinbase will wait sometimes unless your completely verified and have a card on file.

We can do $100 in Bitcoin via PayPal for you! We use Bitstamps exchange rate. Let me know if you'd like to try this out with us.
