I haven't heard of a still running, legit service, that accepts Credit Card for Bitcoins. All the ones I have seen were shut down pretty quickly, because of scammers.

I have bought small amounts at virwox. However, their fees are high and transactions can be slow as the trade volume is relatively low. Considering it accepts credit card and no verification, it is quite a good choice.

The only way someone can accept your credit card payment against Bitcoin is if u can wait till the end of chargeback time.

The easiest way would probably be for you to buy a moneypak and sell it, or find a local trader if you don't have a bank account.
