This bonus group buy is for members of Group #1 and members of Group#2 - #4 who redeemed their shares for hardware ONLY. Participation is limited to members of these groups ONLY.

Each share will mine at 30GH, for the duration you choose when you purchase the contract.

We will start mining immediately on Ghash.io, using the investor payout mechanism built into Cex.io.  No additional fees apply, this is a one time payment Group buy and you may select as a long a contact as you desire (most are going 3-6 months). Once our cloud interface is ready you will become the beta testing group, and you can then have full control of your hashrate.

We will need to you confirm your participation in the bonus group buy, and prepay the hosting fees for the term for which you want to participate.  There is no cost to participate in the bonus group buy (other than hosting fees), and you get one share for each share you had in group buy one, plus 10 shares for any redeemed miners shipped to you from groups #2 - #4.  The hosting cost is set at $8.50 per share per month. By confirming your participating, you agree to lease the hashes for the number of months for which you prepay. At the end of the lease there is no further obligation or commitment on your our our or your behalf, and we retain the hardware. We guarantee to supply the hashes and/or replace the hardware to supply the hashes throughout the term of your lease.  

Each share will represent 30GH worth of hashrate.  These will be initially mining on Ghash.io, with autopayout based on ownership percentages. When our cloud service is ready, these will be converted to hashes provided there, and you all will be the first beta users.  


Who am I?
I'm an open source developer, and a Bitcoin mining hardware addict. I've run out space at several mining locations, and finally "bit the bullet" and moved into a world class datacenter. We are talking about a 24 hour security (multiple redundant power systems, back-up generators, back-up back-up generators, pre-chilled water tanks for back-up cooling, retina-scan access) professional data center. I am the Meetup coordinator for the Arizona Bitcoin Meetup group (now 140 members strong; Bitcoin is kicking ass in PHX!!!). I've met many people from Bitcointalk and prominent members of the community in person as well. I've run a few Bitcoin related projects, designed my own Bitfury USB miner (ouch on that story), and pretty much eat, sleep, drink, live and breathe Bitcoin 24/7/365.

But Ninja made me an offer to just pay me for the miner (= not for the shares) so i could buy one directly from Bitmain. This way we saved a lot of money for shipping costs and efforts.
