Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

You can always check for an alternative suggestion on hover.com, i use it a lot when choosing domains. Just type your domain and if it taken, hover will give you a lot of nice good-looking alternatives

All the time. Then again, I think of other names that are pretty neat, and grab them. Then they sit in my account for a year, and I do nothing with them. Then they expire, and I'm like "welp, there went $10".

Most of the domain names are taken now. You have to be really creative to get a nice domain name

Actually, ICANN just added a crapton more gTLDs. So, now you can have .zone, .ceo, .almostanything.

There's actually more possible domain names now than ever before.
