I mean i am new into offering BTC loans..i was working in a bank for a lot of time and i know how this works
Well, of course here is little different, but i am ready to offer little loans to people in need!
I can offer you up to 0.04 BTC as start to see how it is going and then we will see

A steam account can be recovered by claiming it was stolen. Collateral is anything that can be sold off in a timely manner in case you default on your loan.

Well if you search for 'buy sell bitcointalk account' you will find many people selling these accounts and its even allowed on this forum to trade accounts and after my ban gets over i.e on 9th june there will be no trace of a ban on my account so my account could be easily sold of, and the current market price of full member account with 182activity is more than 0.2btc. you may like to rethink upon this loan
