And the answer to your post - As you are a newbie atm you aren't allowed to post more than 1post per 6mins, this has been done to limit the amount of newbie spams, but as your member rating will go up, this time will be reduced

It has to do with being a new account, preventing spam.  Keep hanging around, slowly you will be able to post quicker.

As already mentioned, it is to prevent spamming.

Please also note that logging in, searching and sending PM will reset the timer, and the time limit will be down to 75 second when you reach 15 activity.

Your status as a newbie and with an activity less than 14 activity you will have to wait for the full 360 seconds period now "not an error on site" later when you are a jr.member or when your activity increases it reaches 40-60 seconds wait.

Why would that do anything? You just need to wait till you earn more activity.
