Getting PP balance from PP limited accounts with withdrawal bank option

Not sure if its allowed, but I know theres tons of users with limited accounts that have the bank withdrawal option but cant.


I can either unlimit the account or withdraw it myself.

Ill do one VOUCH copy/example. They can pay me what they wish.

After that I charge only 25% + donations.
