Which payment processor does this? Not too worried about chargebacks, I do ID verification.

Cash advances should work, but taking a loan to buy Bitcoin is obviously risky.

I have heard about a company called Circle: they want to know what you had for breakfast.

Edit: generally reversible payment methods don't mix well with irreversible payment methods.

Circle say's it will do something like that, but currently There is something too called square any they allow people "sellers" to accept CC but not sure if they are OK with BC. Nor will you be able to avoid chargebacks with ID Verification.
