The more I think about this the more I know it's a great idea. A DAK, distributed autonomous kickstart lol. This approach could become a huge trend, if not in crypto-currency, in business development in general.
All that really hurts perception of this coin is 40% dev allocation, but I can see their reasoning. DOLP is a stock not a currency but it 'can be' a currency too... lol great!
