I do have active sites that could be considered as "virtual Real Estate" also, and those active sites could also be used for security, But i would rather keep the active sites up making me money, a transfer on live sites would screw up my hard work ranking them, so only parked domains, proof of ownership will be provided in PM's, to serious lender.
I also have a business plan that involves what the funds from this loan will be going towards extending, i am willing to show to anyone who would like to sign some kind of virtual non disclosure agreement,
maybe a partnership could also be worked out, this discussion will have to be taken to PM also sorry.
