Trouble is this was always thought a good safe company but with little news coming out from the site its reputation is getting destroyed by the hour. When they reopen they will put the hash price down to stop people leaving, best the company update its members now on whats happening

"Unfortunately, some cloud and pool services are temporarily unavailable at the moment.

Please note that server is down for scheduled maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and expect the issue to be resolved shortly.

Thank you in advance! We appreciate your patience with this issue."

Wish they would have told use beforehand if scheduled...

If it was scheduled, how come we weren't provided the schedule?

Scrypt multipool produces only orphan blocks. But despite this "maintenance", I noticed that their scrypt multipool in general generates lots of orphan blocks. Does anyone know why, as other multipools don't?

Do they have a site or anything they announce problems?

Support in this thread only appears when someone wants to bring them some money...but no info in this case. Poor communication policy.

I'm on some backup pools and some on ghash.  It's weird not all devices see pool as alive.

I can mine in the US ghash servers, the issue is that I cant access my funds... why mine if I cant access the funds ?

Oct 27, 2014 - Frozen transactions, missing coins and maintenance fee [Ongoing]
Dear CEX.IO and GHASH.IO community,

You have all right now had similar problems with stuck transactions and missing funds. In addition to that some have had maintenance fee problems. As you understand, the problems we have had were more than a mere technical glitch, and it will take some time to get everything to where it was. The technical team is working on the issue. Please do not worry - all the losses to your accounts will be compensated and all the transactions will be put through.

Thank you for your patience!

Kind Regards,
Bob Krieger

All,

We have had longer than ideal and technically challenging server access issues that has caused mining pool and trading platform problems.

Our team is working hard to resolve and we will update as soon as we have resolution.

Not only this but the miners are jumping from the Ghash (1st pool) into the second Guild and there is lot of time lost...

I wonder when this will be fixed

The CEX.IO website server is experiencing extended downtime.

Our Ghash.io mining platform is experiencing problems with its webserver and some of the stratum servers too.

GHS Cloud miners will be compensated for the downtime experienced.  All pending mining rewards,  payouts, transaction and balance errors will be corrected ASAP once the system is up and working again.

Please allow us more time to sort this issue out, this is urgent priority to be resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for your patience, we will update this announcement with any changes on this issue.

Most probably miners are not affected and mining continues as if it was not they would change in my secondary pool.I dont see them there so must be on ghash...
