Huh? It has the 3% fee already added to when you send the bitcoins. You have to send me 5.15$ in btc (at coinbase rate) for 5$ paypal. And when you click the button to buy 5$ paypal, then you will receive 5$ paypal... If I was to send you 5$ paypal for 5$ btc, then there would be no fee. I mean You can send me 5$ in btc, but you will only receive 4.85$ in paypal. This is my fee.

The chargeback period for paypal purchases is 45 days, so a 1 month holding period still gives you 15 days to chargeback. Furthermore, there's no defined chargeback period for unauthorized transactions, so the holding period has to be insanely long (180 days?) to prevent chargeback. This is the precise reason why I said "trusted members only" in the original post.
