I watched the IRC for a further 10 hours, but did not copy it unfortunately.
I was a strong supporter of Libertycoin until the split at which point I sold everything and exited.
I sold all of my shares about
6 hours after the split when I realised something didn't feel right as the conversation in IRC descended into outsourcing anonimity coding to China via user
Polzki, many posts in the vein of "F0r th3 Lulz" and mention was made of integrating Libertycoin into Battlefield 4! I watched and waited first, then got out later.
Included in the IRC is
Polzki's attempts to work with IconicExpert firstly, and only after IconicExpert left did
Polzki jump ship and try to get involved directly with the dev team.
I made 2.27 BTC profit, so I am not involved in any P&D if such a thing occurred, totalling around 60k shares..
People may want to analyse a 6 hour period of trading on Mintpal on 23/5/14 - 4 days before the split.
People may also want to investigate further the involvement of
loljosh and the other coins he made.
Posts made in the Libertycoin forum thread have been uncontrolled and despicable including posting a photograph of IconicExperts wife and child in the forum by user
EmilioMann, subsequently removed as I was outraged at linking pictures of innocent children in the forums and posted accordingly. There have been emails linked threatening murder and rape. It appears that the Libertycoin devs feel that such posts are acceptable in a public forum. They are not. No excuses.
I have posted critiques of the Libertycoin dev's posts over the last 5 days, "official" posts which have been badly thought out before they were posted and easily picked apart. Members may click my profile and review them at their leisure.

It's the whole purpose of a multipool.... It has however a bad sound around it.. true..
So Lets rephrase: with more hashpower we can give a stronger buy support and move the exchange rate upwards therefore making this coin more attractive for other buyers, resulting in more buy orders, and even higher exchange rate.
Multipool can just guide here a bit.
The purpose of a multipool is not to manipulate prices, it is to mine different currencies and to exchange them for a standard currency.
Price manipulation is something quite different and implies corruption.
Go look at Barclays using LIBOR to manipulate the prices and the punishment handed out to them

I am not accusing Libertycoin for scamming - that is for others to make up their own mind.
However, if there is a scam, then full disclosure is required. Transparency is king.
Each investor must furnish themselves with as much information as possible about any coin in order to protect their own investments.
I am only including the facts as I witnessed them.
I have been accused of spreading FUD, which I did not, I posted facts or valid interpretations. The uncontrolled manner in which Libertycoin devs have posted and allowed others to post on their behalf have created the FUD. No-one else is to blame.
