Make sure you phone the guy first, or I think that the bitcoin should be sent after, and paypal before, because you can revoke paypal.

I think he was aiming to use another profile on here as escrow. Also he refused to call me, even though he's in a different country he still could've called, especially for such a large amount ($1000+ of BTC). |

And people can have as many accounts as they want, so no use in banning his account. |
