How does the site determine my reward?

The amount you get for a retweet is based on 1) your number of followers and 2) the sponsor’s budget. The sponsor decides how much to pay per 1,000 followers, so your earnings derive from that.

Don't retweet them with accounts that have shitty bot followers though.  I've talked to the owner of FzBs and he is dedicated. I'm sure he has something in place to catch those who attempt to thwart their system.

People I know are obsessed about twitter, desperate for followers. I might just sell that account I bought followers for to them XD
They actually would buy it though, they have loads of fake accounts O.o
