I also seem to have lost BTC

1.4 BTC held up as "Funds Held For Orders"

For over a week

I don't have any orders open.

3 messages they ignored.
Last message they responded to immediately!  BY CLOSING THE TICKET!!

Fix this coins-e and ill gladly come back to these threads and say you fixed my issues.

Otherwise I'm an angry guy with time on his hands I'm gonna cost your business 10X what you stole from me.

They are scamming me out my hard earned coins too, They lock down a list of coins and place them in so called maintenance and freeze trading and withdrawals without notice a long time ago.
A bunch of my coins got locked that iv been unable to trade or withdraw since 2013.

I have sent many support tickets and eventually got offered a sum of BTC for compensation that they claim got put into my account, These must be invisible Bitcoins because i am unable to see a balance more than 0.000000.
Further support tickets are proving useless and is getting f@cking frustrating...

Like you i have had enough of COINS-E and im now looking to go on a forum bashing mission to inform others of there unwillingness to help customers with problems.
