Hey all,

Can anyone give me some advice on scalping bitcoin? I keep ending up negative I need a solid strategy.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I have heard nothing but great things about Bitscalper, who does *exactly* what you're asking - but as a convenient service. You should check them out: Here's the link

It's very hard to beat the fees, as there are just small and short differences (at least in the USD markets). In addition to this, the market depth on the smaller exchanges is often very low. So if you take the depositing and withdrawal fees into account (you have to move money around), it is very hard to end up with a win...

trial and error with small amounts. I use https://dnnbitcoin.aricie.com/
bitscalper is all well and good but your not in control. If they vanish with your BTC then there's not much you can do!

buy when its underpriced and sell when it's overpriced.  Start small and work your way up.
