If you look at which section you are in instead of spamming for signature campaigns, you would be able to see that this is in the Digital Goods section, not the Auctions section. The seller is accepting offers that are PM'd to him and he can sell at his own discretion, whereas in an action he would have to sell the accounts at whatever bid was the highest, even if it was not as high as he'd like it to be. @OP will you be able to tell us the potential activity of the account? |
