[ETA: btw apologies for the presumption, I haven't been at this forum long enough to get a feel for what's tolerated, but I can't help but feel that, with Bitcoin media coverage being all drugs this, kiddie porn that, and Silk Road the other, we really don't need to let scammers flourish. So I have reported this thread to the moderators. Hey, they might feel there's no harm in it, in which case so be it.

I felt the same, so I reported this topic right when it started. To my utter dismay, the mods arrived, posted some nonsensical comments, and went away:
Seems like a scam, awaiting a response from someone with a free review before passing judgement.
It's not really a scam, as far as I know. From the looks of it, you'll get it for free initially, but you'll have to pay for it 30 days later. That being said, I'm too nice of a person to try it myself.

Precisely what these forums need - to turn into crimetalk.org because the mods can't (are afraid?) make a decision Roll Eyes

@Maged, @Tysat
I respect you and the work you're doing here guys but this time IMO you clearly dropped the ball.
Logic was enough to prove this was a scam - either against Amazon (by wrongfully requesting a replacement Kindle with the intent to fight the credit card charge by Amazon when the supposedly broken Kindle never arrived) or against Bitcointalk's users (by wrongfully claiming he had a proven method of dodging the said credit card charge and trying to sell it).

> reported to amazon
> got $10 account credit
Nice!

EDIT:: OP seems to be on the run as he removed all his posts Tongue
EDIT:: Hey OP, removing a post is not quite the same as getting rid of the evidence. The evidence is in your ISP's logs and on Bitcointalk's servers and will be released to law enforcement on demand. Have a nice day scammer bitch!

I had a talk with the site owner. I am not on the run. I simply removed the original post and figured I would let it die down. Since neither the owner nor the mods want to take any action in 1. Moving the the thread to the trash to stop the troll 2. Ban me, since I have done nothing wrong.

This is a excerpt from the site owner.

I don't have a problem with what you're selling, but the "shadyness" of it makes you seem particularly high-risk.

I did not scam any user on this board. There are plenty of illegal things and rule bending happening on this board.

It was intact my mistake to post such a thing here. What I thought people would like turned into "LOL FEDS~!~~!~!!!@#" "YOURE A SCAMMER" when in fact I did not scam anyone on this board.

Since this has gotten so out of hand and I was tired of defending myself I edited the posts and changed the title.

LOLinternet.

I already posted this but would you care to address this issue?
Either you were trying to scam Amazon or you were trying to scam Bitcointalk users.
Either way, you deserve a ban/scammer tag.

Your posting what you claim to be a quote from Theymos is useless.
Since that quote can't be followed we can't assume that
(1) the quote is even real
(2) theymos was fully aware of the nature of your "enterprise".

No, I was not trying to nor did I scam any Bitcointalk users.

THE DISCLAIMER IN the book, available only once the book had been purchased? Don't make me laugh.

Do you also deny that following your guide is tantamount to scamming Amazon?
Fraud is a criminal offense, mind you.
You yourself admitted to having committed the said crime 15 times.

I'm done here.

I'm done here.

I have also killed 3472423 people.

That's me admitting to murder too. Looks like I won't see the light of day ever again, maybe even the electric chair.

I am happy you are finished. You have nothing else to harp on me about. I have provided you with a response to every question you asked. I guess you have something to prove to someone or yourself. You are not a mod, owner of the site or anything else. You have no reason to act like one. Go find another thread to white knight in.

Your social engineering still needs lots of practice. Sure, just like all scammers, you're not going to stop, you're just going to lie low until people have forgotten about you and then try again... but it really is a bit stupid to explain all this to your marks.

If I've said anything amusing and/or informative and you're feeling generous:

The smarmy remarks don't change the face that you either lied to your prospective customers or committed a crime.
Either way, you came through as a scumbag the community would likely be better off without.

Answered my questions? Omissions and half-truths.

If you never did anything wrong, why did you remove not only your posts in this topic but also in your other topics?
