You think you'll have a job when bitcoin goes from $400 to $600 in two weeks, if you're getting paid a fixed number of bitcoins? Bitcoin must experience MASSIVE deflation before there is enough value for the mass adoption that both you and I want. That is by design. To fix your wage to bitcoin would be ignorant of bitcoin's design. Just as fixing your wage to fiat is ignorant of fiat's design.
