Brauche Hilfe beim Erstellen eines Electrum Server

Moin Leute, da ich wenig Erfahrung mit der Debian Konsole habe wollte ich mal Fragen ob jemand folgendes Problem für mich lösen kann:

Bei dem folgenden Tutorial:  https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum-server/blob/master/HOWTO.md  verstehe ich bis jetzt eine stelle nicht.

Und dieser Punkt liegt unter Step.1:

If you don't see /home/bitcoin/bin in the output(was bei mir der fall ist), you should add this line to your .bashrc, .profile or .bash_profile, then logout and relogin:  PATH="$HOME/bin:$PATH" 

also was soll ich da genau machen oder in die Konsole eingeben?
(Bitte in so ein Format das ich es direkt in die Konsole Einfügen kann und es dann funktioniert)

Also ich habe auch keinen großen Plan von Debian,
aber was Du machen sollst ist mit einem Editor (verm. VI oder NANO) die Zeile

PATH="$HOME/bin:$PATH"

zu einer der drei genannten Konfigurationsdateien hinzufügen.

Von der Funktion her ist daß das selbe wie in Windows einen Pfad zur Umgebungsvariablen "Path" hinzufügen.

Welche der drei Dateien Du hast bzw. wo die liegen ist von der Distribution abhängig die Du installiert hast.

Ich fürchte Du mußt Dich im Vorfeld erstmals etwas in Debian einarbeiten.

EDIT: Ähm, ich habe mir mal die Anleitung angeschaut. DAS ist nix für Anfänger und steht auch genau deshalb so in den Anforderungen drin.

Prerequisites

Expertise. You should be familiar with Linux command line and standard Linux commands. You should have basic understanding of git, Python packages. You should have knowledge about how to install and configure software on your Linux distribution. You should be able to add commands to your distribution's startup scripts. If one of the commands included in this document is not available or does not perform the operation described here, you are expected to fix the issue so you can continue following this howto.
